What is Power Factor? How many types and what are they?
The 'cosine' value of the phase angle of the angle between the current and voltage of the AC circuit is called the power factor . It is expressed by cos θ . There are three types of power factor . Namely:
1. Unity power factor
2. Lagging power factor and
3. Leading power factor.
